About Us

Andrew started the business in 1999 and prior to this, from 1987 had worked for two well known local estate agencies, managing and opening two new branches along the way.

He is very good at listening to his clients needs, a 'listening and not talking' approach has helped to establish an excellent track record and has seen Andrew succeed in all markets.

Educated at Glynne and Summerhill Schools and The City of Birmingham University, he is a keen Hockey player and has played at County and Midlands Masters level.

Sue has worked in the estate agency, survey and letting profession since 1998. She has regular contact with landlords, vendors and applicants regarding properties available for rental and for sale together with being a trained book-keeper, handling both office and clients management accounts.

Having always lived and worked in the Stourbridge area, is married with two grown up children. A family person and loves nothing more than spending quality time with her family, particularly her grand children. Sue loves family holidays, walking, entertaining and relaxing with a good book, when she has time!

Lauren joined Andrew Cole Estates in 2015, after working many years for a local Building Society. She lives in Kingswinford with her family, so has a great local knowledge of not only Kingswinford but the surrounding areas.

She love listening to peoples wants and needs, and helping them gain their ideal property. She will help you go through the sales & lettings process every step of the way and our team goal is always customer service and both Lauren and the team pride themselves on this.
